About the event
Experience the autumn beauty of College Lake whilst connecting with nature to improve your wellbeing. Suitable for adults aged 18+.
Over these three fortnightly sessions we will head out on an exploratory walk of up to 2 miles around the reserve. Learning about how to tune in to our senses, exploring ideas that support self-care and experiencing whatever nature has in store for us on the day!
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Our trampers/mobility scooter are available and suitable for the walking route but they do need to be booked in advance and if you have not used them at our site before a training session is required – please email collegelake@bbowt.org.uk for more information from our visitor centre team.

- This event is for adults 18+
Please arrive on time at the Visitor Centre where we will start our walk. The session lasts 2hrs and involves gentle walking around the site with stopping points along the way.
This activity takes place outdoors and we recommend appropriate clothing for all weathers.
