Winner of ‘UK Jazz Act of The Year’ and ‘Vocalist of the Year’ at the 2022 Jazz FM awards, Georgia Cécile is at the helm of the new wave of UK jazz crossover artists.
Her sound has been described as having retro jazz, soul and r&b influences; She perfectly mixes classic songwriting with contemporary production and modern vitality – keeping storytelling and impeccable vocals at the forefront. Following the release of her debut, Cécile supported Gregory Porter on tour, performed with the BBC Concert Orchestra and showcased at SXSW in Austin, Texas.
