The Dung Beatles: A HARD DAY’S NIGHT 60TH ANNIVERSARY.
High-energy, top-drawer musicianship and precise vocal harmonies that capture the very essence of Beatles music – that’s why so many ‘hard-core’ Beatles fans come to see the Dung Beatles time and again since they formed more than a decade ago. Referring to themselves as “a Beatles rock band rather than tribute” (no wigs, costumes or backing tracks!), their extensive repertoire includes hits, album gems, and many songs never performed live by the Beatles themselves. With hundreds of gigs played, including Liverpool’s Cavern Club, multiple ‘live sessions’ on BBC Radio, theatres and festivals, for this special show the band will commemorate 60 years since the release of one of the most exciting albums ever made by performing the Beatles’ ‘A Hard day’s Night’ album in its entirety.
They’ll follow this with a second set comprising an eclectic mix of songs from the early, late, and post-Beatles periods.
